4pp., 4to. Bifolium. In good condition with light signs of age. Inscribed at bottom right: 'With Compliments | from | The Writer. 1938.' And beneath inscription, again by Moore, in pencil: 'Kindly return, after reading, if not required, to 28 Bouverie Place, Exeter. As copies are now scarce'. At the end of the document the author has added '2' to his address, and has amended the following: 'A Memorial Tablet to Dr. Thomas Bilney will (D.V.) [amended to 'was'] be unveiled on September 19th, 1931, in the Lollards' Pit at Norwich). [added in manuscript: 'by Mrs.

4pp., 12mo. Bifolium. In good condition, lightly aged and worn. He begins by stating that, as he takes the Eagle newspaper, he has 'seen your poem & Bowling's version', before continuing: 'The only comfort that I can find in the smoling - excessive smoking - of the present day is that the Tobacco is less disagreeable and (I hope) less noxious than the weed of my youth'. He is not himself a smoker, 'but my boys smoke, to excess I think'.

3pp., 4to. On bifolium. Very good, on lightly-aged paper, with thin strip of paper from mount adhering to reverse of second leaf, which is addressed, with half of a black wax seal, 'For | Mrs. Richards | Bampton.' This copy was made within a month of the composition of the poem, for the wife of a fellow Fellow of Oriel College, Oxford. The recto of the second leaf carries the following note by Mant: 'with Mr. Mant's best compliments to Mrs. Richards. | Oriel Coll. June 15th. 1803.' Beneath this, in a contemporary hand (presumably that of Mrs Parker): 'Afterwards Bishop of Down & Connor'.

4pp., 12mo. Bifolium. On aged and lightly-creased paper, with one stain in margin. This offprint is scarce: the only copies on COPAC at the National Library of Scotland and St Andrews.
