Salutation and valediction are in Boult’s autograph: ‘Dear Mrs Brown’ and ‘Yours very sincerely / Adrian C. Boult’. PROGRAMME: 12pp, 8vo. Stapled. Signed on the covers (which are printed in green and black): ‘Cyril Smith’ and ‘Adrian C. Boult.’ In fair condition, on aged and worn paper, lightly creased with central horizontal fold.
