Nicely printed, in a variety of types and point sizes, on one side of a piece of laid 4to paper. Twenty-two lines of text. Clear and complete. Good, on lightly-aged paper. The heading continues 'And it is hoped their tender and compassionate sympathy may be bestowed on the illustrious obscure, who intend shortly to expose themselves.' Satirising a new weekly journal (the fifth in Suffolk), established on 'Selfish and Servile Principles, - unconnected with any liberal Party, - the Proprietors of which are bound by no ties, except those of Ignorance and Bigotry', and the 'chuckles and shrugg'd shoulders which this proposition has exacted in all quarters (especially the most respectable,)'. According to BBTI Munro traded in Woodbridge from 1825 to 1868. The allusion is clearly to an actual intended publication, but the circumstances are unclear.
