According to the document Cypel sought 'damages under restitution law for the loss by deprivation of machinery and materials of his printing office in Warsaw [...] Early in 1943 the printing office was inspected by witness Höhne [...] chief engineer in Department II of the newspaper publsihing house Cracow-Warsaw; the "Polygraph-Trust" in the German government consulted him as an expert to give his opinion on the serviceability of machines in Jewish printing enterprises.' The claimant's petition is dismissed without costs, there being no 'prima facie proof of transfer of printing machines and accessories from Warsaw into the material area in 1943.'
