At the direction of Glegg ('Sole Executor of the last Will and Testament of the said Ann Jodrell deceased'), the five 'have and each of them hath made Constituted and appointed and by these Presents do and each of them doth make constitute and appoint Joseph Brown and Maurice Jones both of Macclesfield in the said County of Chester Yeomen their true and lawful Attorney and Attornies jointly and severally for them and in their Names and stead at the now next or some subsequent Halmote or Halmote Courts of the said Manor and Forest of Macclesfield'.
