A scarce item: the only other copy located on COPAC or WorldCat at the Bibliothèque Nationale in Paris. In printed wraps, with red cloth spine. In poor condition, aged, worn and dog-eared, with parts of the front cover torn away. This copy is stamped several times with the purple oval stamp of the Kala-azar Commission. A folio (34 x 25.5 cm) containing 100pp of full-page colour guide maps ('Indexes'), each 'Corrected to March 1928', preceded by two fold-outs, and with three maps of smaller size, each described as an 'Appliqué Slip', on bound-in leaves. With 38pp of letterpress: 13 pages at the front of the volume, paginated i-vii and 1-6, and a further 25 pages of letterpress at the rear, paginated 13-37, carrying seven appendices of tables of publications with prices, scale and other features: 'General Maps of India', 'Provincial Maps', 'District Maps', 'Cantonment and Town Maps', 'Manoeuvre and Radius Maps', 'Administration Report maps of Districts of the United Provinces', 'Miscellaneous Maps'. With 'Correction Slip' and another slip of 'Addenda and Corrigenda'.
