From a small archive of material belonging to Daphne Kayton of the Royal Army Medical Corps. These bulletins are scarce: the only copies traced are 38 issues (unspecified) in the Wellcome Library, a copy of no.32 in the Imperial War Museum, and a 'Supplement' in the University of California.
