The full title reads: 'An Amateur Concert will take place in Mr. Gibson's Show Room, Eynsford, (Kindly lent for the occasion) On Wednesday, December 15th, 1869. | The Proceeds will be expended in the purchase of Coals, to be distributed previous to Christmas, among the poor of the Village.' Nine committee members are named on the first page, with details of tickets (to be 'obtained of any of the Committee, or Mr. T. M. G. Sharwood, Farmingham'). At foot of first page: 'As the Proceeds of the above will be devoted entirely to the purpose of Charity, without reference to Sect or Party, the Committee hope to receive a liberal amount of patronage from the Gentry and Public generally of the Parish.' The programme covers the central two pages, with 'Part First' on the left-hand page (nine turns, beginning with 'OVERTURE - "Zampa" - Herold | MESSRS. WHOMES' and ending with 'SONG "The Arab's Farewell to his Steed." | MISS BRICE'), and 'Part Second' on the right-hand page (ten turns, beginning with 'OVERTURE - "Fra Diavilo." - Auber | MR. E.
