'Miss Hajrel'?) is unclear. He offers his sincere congratulations on her picture, which is 'work which shows great promise - There is a sense of tone in the picture that was sadly missing in nearly all the other work in the show'. He urges her not to be 'sad about the work', but to 'begin working with energy from now, for I am convinced you have a future'.
