Only The National Library of Scotland holds a copy of this third volume, and no other copy of any of the three volumes is to be found, either on OCLC WorldCat or COPAC. The first two volumes, 1925 and 1928, presented the results of his researches into the Stewart family. 53pp., 4to. Title page reads: 'The Westmacotts | Collected by | William Burton Stewart. | 1918 to 1929'. Duplicated typescript, on the rectos of 53 leaves, bound in blue buckram with 'THE WESTMACOTTS.' in gilt on spine. A very good copy. The volume is preceded by a two-page 'Foreword and Dedication', dated June 1929, from Marine House, Alnmouth, Northumberland, which begins: 'In 1925 I published for private circulation some Notes on the STEWART family. At that time I set forth for the benefit of the younger members of my family all the information about the family which I had got together. | The appreciation which was given to my efforts encouraged me to gather information about the various families from which my wife is descended.' The table of contents names the various families and individuals dealt with: 'The Westmacotts of Westmancote (The family of my wife's father) | Percy Westmacott and Armstrongs | Sir Richard Westmacott, R.A. | Bernard Blackmantle | The Rowes of Helston (The family of my wife's paternal grandmother.) | Nicholas Rowe: Poet Laureate | The Berners of Woolverstone (The family of my wife's mother.) | Dame Juliana Berners, Prioress of Sopowell | The Cuylers (The family of my wife's maternal grandmother.) | Oliver Cromwell'. The volume includes a five-page index.
