One page, 4to, fold marks, edge curled. some foxing, minor defects, text cleasr and complete, as follows (manusript is in square brackets]: [ 24 November 1679 ] Received of the Officers of the Tally-Court, one Tally levied on his Majesty's Hereditary Revenue of Excise, containing the Sum of [lxm1 rest illegible] due unto me for one quarter of a year ended at [Mich[ael]mas last ] upon the Yearly Sum of [blank] granted unto me by Assignment from [blank] out of the Yearly Rent of Sum of [bland] payable unto the said [blank] out of the said Revenue, by virtue of his Majesty's Letters Patents, under the Great Seal of England, bearing the date the [blank][signed Katherine Lister] [space [illegible agst Lindsay[?]]."
