With four double-page plans (Drawing Nos. 1 to 4), all titled 'University College London | Proposed alterations & additions', with subtitles 'Basement Plan', 'Ground Floor Plan', 'First Floor Plan', 'Second Floor Plan'. In green printed wraps, the front cover carrying the title and this note: 'An Account of the various Departments of the College, their Needs and their Proposed Development, and of the part the College had already played in the Increase of Knowledge has been prepared and may be had at the Annual General Meeting or on application to the Secretary.' The first page (p.i) carries an 'Incomplete list' of the members of the 'Special Appeal Committee'; p.iii is headed 'First list of subscriptions'; and it is followed (pp.v to xii) by eight pages listing 'Officers of the College'. On three final pages: 'List of professorships and lectureships requiring endowments' (p.8), 'Table showing requirements of respective departments' (p.9), and 'Requirements of respective departments (continued)' (p.10). Loosely inserted is a strip of paper with manuscript financial notes beginning with 'State aid to Universities in Great Britain 1905-06 | £62,000'. The only copy on COPAC at Aberdeen (UCL has two items with similar titles, dating from 1901 and 1902).
